Krealo Wallet puts their membership card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with a code to scan at the front desk, an expiry date, a visit counter and a message when someone drifts away. A membership card that shows its status

The membership card carries the person’s name, their tier (“Monthly”, “Annual”, “Student”…) and a list of benefits. You can set one shared expiry date or a number of days from issue: after that date the scan reports the card as expired. A card can also be cancelled in one click, for example when a membership ends.

A “Book” button added to the back of the card opens your class booking page. You keep your scheduling tool; the card is simply the shortcut inside the phone.

Count visits and keep members active

To track visits, add a stamp card: the “Gym” template counts 12 stamps for a free personal session. You scan it at each check-in and the member sees their progress. Tiers also work for class packs (10 classes = 1 free).

A win-back rule sends a lock-screen message to members who haven’t been in for the number of days you choose (from 7 to 365). A birthday rule and a referral link (a stamp bonus for the member who brings a friend, with a monthly cap) round it out.

What Krealo Wallet does not do

It does not control access: it opens no turnstile or door. It does not collect membership payments or manage class bookings either. Front-desk staff scan the card with a phone or tablet to check its status; the rest of your operations stay in your own tools.

Yes for what it shows at the desk: name, tier, benefits, expiry date and a code to scan. Payments and door access stay in your current system.

How do I know a membership has expired?

The card expires on the date you set and the scan shows it as expired. You can also cancel it from the customer’s record.

Can I count the visits of a class pack?

Yes, with a stamp card: one stamp per visit, a reward at the last one. Tiers let you set, say, one reward at 5 and another at 10.

Does the card work on Android?

Yes, the same link opens Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android, which requires a Google account.
