A ready-made template for cafés and restaurants

The dashboard offers two starting templates: “Coffee shop” (10 stamps, a cup icon, a free coffee) and “Restaurant” (10 stamps, a pizza icon, a free meal), with your opening hours on the back of the card. You change the colors, logo, reward and number of stamps, and the iPhone and Android preview updates as you go.

To reward people sooner, add tiers: for example 5 stamps for a coffee, 10 for a meal. Each tier gets its own button when you redeem a reward.

At the counter and in the dining room

You scan the card’s code with a phone or tablet camera. Fast mode adds a stamp the moment the code is read and ignores a second read of the same code for ten seconds, so nobody gets a double stamp. A “cashier” account only sees the scan screen: it adds stamps and redeems rewards, without access to customer contact details.

To fill quiet hours, a bonus rule gives extra (or doubled) stamps on certain days within a time window, for example Tuesdays from 2 to 5 pm. Another rule reaches out to customers who haven’t visited for a number of days you choose.

On the lock screen, and its limits

On iPhone, up to ten addresses can bring the card up on the lock screen when the customer is near your location. On Android, Google no longer sends proximity alerts: the customer only receives your messages, with a maximum of three notifications per card every 24 hours.

Krealo Wallet does not plug into your cash register: stamps are added at the scan, or automatically if you also sell online with Shopify or through the API.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a compatible point-of-sale system?

No. A phone or tablet to scan is enough. There is no direct link to cash registers; Shopify and the API can add stamps or points automatically.

How do I stop an employee from adding stamps for friends?

Every addition and every reward is recorded in the customer’s card history. The “cashier” account cannot edit the card or see contact details.

Can I change the reward after cards are out?

Yes. Text, colors and the number of stamps can be edited, and cards already in phones update.

Can I have one card per location?

Yes: create one card per location or a single card for everyone. A card can carry up to ten addresses for the iPhone lock screen.
