The scissors card, ready in minutes

Two starting templates: “Barbershop” (8 stamps, a scissors icon, a free haircut, black and gold) and “Beauty salon” (8 stamps, a heart icon, a free treatment). You swap in your name, colors, logo and reward, and your opening hours sit on the back of the card.

A “Book” button on the back opens your online appointment page, and a “Call” button dials the shop. The card becomes the shortcut the customer always has at hand.

Bringing customers back

A win-back rule messages customers who haven’t visited for the number of days you choose: “It’s been a while, shall we save you a spot?” You can also message a specific group, for example everyone who already has six stamps, or schedule an announcement for a quieter week.

A customer’s birthday triggers a message and, if you want, a free stamp or coupon. A referral link gives a stamp bonus to the person who brings someone in, with a monthly cap to prevent abuse.

Issue their digital card, add the stamps they already had in one go from their record, then send them the link.

Can each stylist stamp with their own phone?

Yes if they scan with the shop’s account. Individual team accounts depend on the plan; the “cashier” account only sees the scan screen.

Can I give a stamp for an online review or a referral?

Referrals are built in: a personal link and a stamp bonus for whoever brings in a customer. For any other gesture, you add the stamp yourself in the record.

Does the customer have to download an app?

No. They scan a QR code or open a link, and the card goes into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android).
