Google Wallet loyalty card for your Android customers

Your Android customers already use Google Wallet for their cards and tickets. Krealo Wallet adds your business’s loyalty card to it: a link, an “Add to Google Wallet” button, and the card shows the stamp or points balance, updated after every visit. The same template produces the Apple Wallet card for iPhones.

From your dashboard to the Android phone

You create one card. When the link (or the counter’s QR code) is opened, the install page recognizes the device: Android offers Google Wallet, iPhone offers Apple Wallet. The customer installs no app from your business; on Android, Google Wallet is often already there, and it asks for a Google account.

The card carries your name, colors and logo. Texts are translated: the customer sees the card in their phone’s language (French, English or Spanish).

What shows up and what updates

The balance appears on the card: “3 / 10” for stamps, the number of points, or the dollar balance for cashback. Reward tiers, the customer’s level, your opening hours and your links (website, booking, phone) are in the details.

When you add a stamp or redeem a reward, Krealo Wallet updates the card without the customer doing anything. If you send a message, it is added to the card and triggers a notification on Android.

Google Wallet’s limits

Google caps notifications at three per card every 24 hours: beyond that, the message stays in the card without making the phone ring. Google no longer sends location-based alerts, so your business addresses trigger nothing there (on iPhone they bring the card up on the lock screen).

Frequently asked questions

Does my Android customer have to install anything?

Only Google Wallet if they don’t have it yet (it installs from Google Play), with a Google account. No app from your business.

Do I need a different card for Android and iPhone?

No. One template produces both versions, and the install link picks the right one for the phone.

What happens if the customer deletes the card?

It disappears from their phone, but their record and balance stay with you: you can send them the link again.

Do notifications reach all my Android customers?

They go out per card, within Google’s limit of three per 24 hours. A customer may also have muted their wallet’s notifications.

How much does it cost?

From US$29 per month plus taxes (up to 500 active cards), after a 7-day free trial with no credit card.
